Lines and Loom LLC, products are custom made. We do not accept returns. Gift cards are also non-refundable. Orders are final.
Damaged/Defective Product Policy
Oh no! Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your product arrives damaged or is not as ordered, report the issue by email, within 5 days of delivery. A clear picture of the concern, and detailed description of the issue, is required. We'll gladly evaluate the issue and do what we can to make it right.
